When I was writing email to my project members to handle their complain about frequent changes, first sentence came into my mind is: "只有变化才是永恒不变的“。Not sure there exist the same proverb in english, try to google " Change is never change", though this sentence did exist in somewhere, it still sounds like chinglish. Then with the help of online dictionary and wikipedia, I knew the proverb and its variants:
Change is the only constant;
The only constant is change;
There is nothing permanent except change;
Change alone is unchanging;
Nothing endures but change.
